Destination: Sun Valley

So, we're on our way to Sun Valley tomorrow. My dad is in charge of an electrical contractor's function, and they invited us to come along. We're really excited to go...Lexie is gearing up for the 4+ hour drive, and we're hoping to keep her entertained so that she doesn't get TOO restless. Not sure what we're going to do for Stacie, however!

Welcome to 2008

"I guess we're really behind the times"

So said Stacie to me yesterday while we were driving in the car. She told me about all of the blogs that she had been reading lately of family, friends, and ward members and how much fun they were. I had been thinking for some time about starting a blog, and when she mentioned it, I decided to make it happen. So here we go...it should be fun! Some quick information about the principal players:



Josh - Principal contributor to the blog (for now, at least). I will handle most of the technical aspects to the blog and will be primarily responsible for adding more and more widgets to clog up the blog.



Stacie - Principal photographer and occasional contributor to the blog. She is the drive behind our family, and her ever present camera will provide most of the images for this. She is also chiefly responsible for rolling her eyes at things that I find funny and post.



Lexie - Star of the show, subject of most of the posts here. Lexie just turned three yesterday and is MOST excited about being a "big girl". We'll post some of her birthday party very soon...

Baby boy - Coming soon! Scheduled for a late 2008 arrival, we will keep everyone abreast of any new news as we get it. Currently making a cameo appearance as the creepy floating baby in the countdown timer.
We're excited to be sharing our family with everyone!
