So I finally got our video finished for Easter Sunday. Lexie had a great time finding the eggs that the Easter Bunny hid, and after church we went to Grandma and Grandpa Nelson's house for brunch. Hope everyone had a good Easter too!

Easter Weekend
We were able to spend last weekend with family...we spent the day with Stacie's family on Saturday, and then the Nelson side after church on Sunday. It's so fun to have family close and we really enjoy seeing everyone. I put together a video of our adventure with the Hadleys on Saturday, and I will post another one of Sunday's escapades soon.

Disney On Ice
We were able to get tickets to Disney On Ice last month, and I finally got around to putting it together in a video. Jaden got to spend the evening with Grammy, so we had a fun time with just Lexie. Grandma and Grandpa came along, and Lexie had a great time.
Putting this video together reminded me that we were watching the first part, when Mickey and the gang came out and everyone was cheering, and I literally had to stop recording it because there were so many people trying to find their seats and standing up right in front of us. I've never won an award for punctuality, but I try to be considerate of others if I arrive late. Sadly, this same group of people are the ones who are baffled by the complex and highly confusing "Section #, Row #, Seat #" on their tickets. Many of them had to stand back up and change seats because they were in the wrong place. I have no idea how they managed to arrive at the arena.
If six minutes of Disney On Ice isn't your cup of tea, at least watch the final minute. The finale of Peter Pan and Tinkerbell flying off amidst fireworks brought Lexie to her feet for a standing ovation, and when it was over, she threw in a little dance for no additional charge!
